Cash sale with a non-refundable 10% down on the day of auction (March 19, 2009). |

The balance is due at the closing, on or before April 15, 2009. |

The sellers will prorate the real estate taxes to the date of closing. |

A deed and clear title will be furnished by the sellers. |

Early possession of tillable acres for spring work will be granted upon request. |
Method of Sale

Parcel one and two will be sold by the number of acres times bid price to determine sale price. |

Parcel three sold by total price. |
